About Me
Since starting my Technical Theatre education in 2020, I've spent the past four years learning about various aspects of backstage work, including prop sourcing and creation, stage management, and sound and lighting. In 2022, I chose to specialise in lighting because I am captivated by the creative vision behind how a production can look so appealing from the audience’s perspective. How light is angled or used to create specific effects can produce results that one might never have imagined would work.
Over the past four years, I have gone from programming at my local theatre to doing university shows at The Royal Central School of Speech & Drama and working on professional shows such as The Greatest Showman: Come Alive! and The Gunpowder Plot: The Immersive Experience.
My true passion lies in unleashing my creativity and immersing myself in the thrill of crafting unforgettable shows, immersive experiences, and breathtaking exhibitions. I want people to walk in and be captivated, thinking, “Wow, that’s incredible! How on earth did they pull that off?” Whether I'm diving into the intricacies of electrical design, programming dynamic elements, or brainstorming innovative ideas, I pour my heart and soul into every project. There's nothing quite like the joy of making others happy, all while remaining behind the scenes, letting the magic speak for itself. This is what drives me, and I love every moment of it!
